	In order to better serve photographers residing outside of North America we have decided to make deliberate and strategic strides to offer you the very best PhotoReflect services we can. It is because of this, however, that we cannot allow you to continue the registration and subscription process as it would not be fair to accept payment for a service that does not function properly for you… yet! Please know with this decision comes a responsibility that we take very seriously. Currently we are developing an excellent solution for photographers interested in PhotoReflect that reside outside of North America. When this solution becomes available we will first reach out to volunteer beta testers to help us ensure the quality and assurances you have come to expect from us. After which, we will notify our PhotoReflect membership and media of this new offering’s availability.
